Correct answer to question 10
- D: a driver must come to a complete stop and not proceed until safe to do so

Explanation
A stop sign means a complete stop. You must not proceed until it is safe, which includes yielding to pedestrians and other traffic, and stopping before any sidewalk crossing or before entering a main street. Rolling through, even with no traffic in sight, is not a stop.
